We offer a 60-day refund period from the date you receive your order. All products are eligible for a refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, regardless of the reason, as long as the request is submitted within the 60-day period.
To be eligible for a refund, the product may be returned in its original condition or gently used, as we understand that you may need to test the cat litter to ensure it meets your and your cat’s needs.

When submitting your request, please provide your order details (such as order number) and a brief description of your reason for requesting a refund. Our customer service team will review your request promptly and guide you through the return process.

3. Return Process

After your refund request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You are not required to pay any return shipping fees—we will cover all costs associated with returning the product, including any related fees.
Please ensure that the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Once we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm it meets the eligibility requirements, we will proceed with processing your refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and review the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–10 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
No additional fees will be deducted from your refund amount. The full purchase price (in USD, our sole结算货币) will be refunded to you, excluding any discounts applied at the time of purchase (which will be reversed accordingly).

5. Exceptions

Refund requests submitted after the 60-day period will not be accepted. Additionally, if the product is returned in a severely damaged or altered condition that affects its usability, we may adjust the refund amount or decline the refund request.
